Thank you for always using Nuita.
We have decided to discontinue the “Random Ecchi” feature that has been so loved by everyone, and instead now display “Recommended Posts.”
For “Recommended Posts,” a post will be randomly selected from the most recent 100 posts that meet the following criteria and displayed (this number and the criteria below are still being tested and may change in the future).
- The post has received at least one like from someone other than the poster
- The post is not tagged with tags that are highly likely to be unpleasant for certain users, such as “R18-G” or “Scat”
- The content is from a specific platform, and the URL can be successfully retrieved by Panchira
Background of This Change
On Nuita, we have displayed content called “Random Ecchi” on the landing page and in the timeline when viewed on screens above a certain width.
This is a feature that randomly extracts and displays one URL from among all the URLs ever posted to Nuita. In the early days of the site, when there were fewer posts and the timeline moved slowly, it was loved by users as a place to encounter surprising content by chance.
However, as more than a year has passed since Nuita’s founding, the number of posts has gradually increased, and now you can encounter plenty of new content just by following recent posts. Also, due to the nature of randomly displaying one post out of all posts, the following problems have become apparent.
- Content whose details have changed or been deleted more than a year after posting is now displayed more frequently
- Content that strongly divides user preferences, such as R-18G or scat, is displayed
- Content that may infringe on third parties’ rights, such as voyeur or molestation videos, is displayed
We hope that the change described at the beginning of this article will resolve these issues and allow everyone to use Nuita comfortably.
Notes
Is it still okay to post content with divisive preferences, such as R-18G?
Yes, of course it is.
Nuita’s lead developer has extensive knowledge of R-18G in all its breadth, and moreover is someone with a peculiar fetish who can only get aroused by the fantasy of being swallowed by a girl dozens of times their own size — which is why more caution than necessary was exercised in making this change.
This change is intended to allow not only users who don’t want to see niche fetish content, but also users who post niche fetish content, to freely share the content they love without worrying that “my post might be shown to some unrelated person.”
As always, please continue to add appropriate tags when posting content that is likely to be divisive in terms of preference (R-18G, scat, etc.).
Why aren’t Twitter or personal sites shown in Recommended?
Posts that don’t belong to a platform such as DLSite or FANZA — especially posts from Twitter, YouTube, etc. — will no longer be shown as recommended fap content.
A great deal of fap content is posted on social media, especially Twitter, so this change means that some wonderful content will no longer be recommended.
This is because, due to the nature of Twitter, anyone can post, and since it lacks proper filtering, there is a possibility that illegal content could be displayed. If you want your Twitter content to appear in Recommended, we suggest using a properly curated platform such as Pixiv instead.
Note that legality is mainly judged based on whether Panchira supports the platform. So if you’d like content from a platform that Panchira doesn’t currently support to appear in Recommended, please feel free to send your request to the Panchira repository.
Please note that this change concerns only “Random Ecchi” (or “Recommended Fap Content”) — there are no changes to the timeline, and you are still free to post niche fetish content or Twitter URLs as before.
We believe that, thanks to these changes, more high-quality content will now be shown than with simple random display, bringing you many wonderful encounters to support your everyday life!
So please continue to enjoy sharing your cumshot reports on Nuita, now with the new “Recommended Fap Content” feature added!
