Happy New Year! And thank you, as always, for using Nuita.
If you’ve already ejaculated, you probably already noticed, but starting today the Nuita posting screen has gotten a bit of a makeover.
The single biggest thing to note about this update is that the timing at which a Nweet actually gets submitted has been pushed back compared to before.
In the old posting screen, your Nweet was submitted the instant you pressed the #nuita! button. In the new form, though, after pressing that button you also set your comment and tags, and the Nweet isn’t actually submitted until you press the “Post!” button.
When posting without a comment, up until now just pressing the #nuita! button was enough to get your post out, but from now on, unless you also press the “Post!” button, your Nweet won’t get submitted at all. This is a pretty significant change that could lead to the serious, unfortunate accident of thinking you posted when you actually didn’t, so please be careful until you get used to it (though we imagine you won’t have much composure to spare for that right after ejaculating).
Reason for the change
Right after ejaculating, a person’s judgment is far worse than usual, and that’s exactly why our developers had, up to now, designed things so you could report your ejaculation with a single tap. That’s why, previously, the Nweet itself was already submitted the moment you pressed the #nuita button, and typing a comment afterward was really just “editing” it.
But with that design, we couldn’t implement things like showing the same material or impressions from your #nuita post on Twitter too, when automatic Twitter posting is turned on. That’s because the tweet gets sent out at the moment the Nweet is created (i.e., the moment the “#nuita!” button is pressed), and at that point we don’t yet know what the material or impressions were. In the same way, a feature for sharing to Nuita from other sites was also difficult to implement.
For these reasons, with this site update the timing of when a Nweet gets submitted has changed, and you now need to press the “Post!” button in addition to the “#nuita!” button. We appreciate your understanding.
By the way, when one of our developers tried it out after ejaculating, they said, “For some reason, right around the time I press that second button, I start to hate myself.” We wish you all well.
Lastly, you can now easily attach material tags right from the Nuita posting screen. Please make use of that too.
